About Course
Learn how to communicate effectively, work with diverse people in an ethical way, and facilitate the empowerment of people with disability. This course could see you move into a job role in a variety of settings within the sector.
Our course allows you to specialise in either of the three streams:
Aged Care
In-Home Care
Disability Care
However we do offer a package to encompass all three !
The structure of our course is a 3 week intensive face-to-face component within one of our sponsoring employers facilities where you will become familiar and confident inside a real workplace. After this, you will progress to placement hours to build your logbook of hours and provide the opportunity for our trainer to assess your progress in the workplace.
Our sponsoring employers normally recruit everyone from our courses to work for them and so we assist you though their interviewing process.
