Course overview
CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support is the nationally recognised qualification for experienced disability workers moving into senior, specialised and lead roles. It builds advanced person-centred, rights-based practice, positive behaviour support and the skills to support people with complex needs – aligned to the NDIS Practice Standards. Skilled Care delivers it on the job, over around 12 months or sooner, as an employer-sponsored pathway.

How it's delivered
Delivered on the job over around 12 months (or sooner) as an employer-sponsored traineeship – structured training combined with supervised workplace practice in a disability support setting, aligned to the NDIS Practice Standards. Paid traineeship pathways may be available; ask us about eligibility.
